Order Processing
We take exceptional care in preparing every order. Purchases placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) are typically processed the same day or the next business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be prepared on the following business day.
Orders will not be shipped or delivered on national holidays.
If an item is non-stock, back-ordered, or cannot be shipped within our standard processing window, an AnnyStern.com customer service specialist will notify you as soon as your order is received.
Shipping Timeline
Once processed, orders may require up to 3 business days to ship, depending on the piece and its preparation requirements.
A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
Domestic Shipping (USA)
– Orders under $350 will display carrier-calculated shipping rates at checkout.
– Orders of $350 and above qualify for complimentary domestic shipping.
– Deliveries will occur only if the order is fully confirmed and authorized.
– Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Signature Required
Some orders may require a signature upon delivery.
Additional delivery attempts or re-delivery fees may be assessed by the carrier if the package cannot be delivered on the first attempt.
PO Boxes
Anny Stern Jewelry does not ship to P.O. Boxes.
International Shipping
International shipping is currently available to:

• Canada
Rates and carrier options will appear at checkout.
International deliveries — and deliveries outside the continental United States including Hawaii and Alaska — may require additional processing and delivery time, as well as confirmed delivery details with the card issuer.
All duties, customs taxes, brokerage fees, and local charges are the responsibility of the recipient. These fees and shipping costs are non-refundable.

Order Accuracy & Delivery Responsibility
– Please ensure all shipping information at checkout is accurate and complete.
– We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or misdeliveries caused by incorrect addresses or delivery refusals.
– Once a package has been transferred to the carrier, delivery and tracking are the responsibility of the carrier.
