Refund policy

At ANNY STERN Jewelry, each piece is handcrafted with exceptional care and created in limited quantities. Because of this, we operate under a strict No-Return Policy, with very limited exceptions outlined below.

Return Eligibility (Limited Exceptions)

While standard returns are not accepted, we offer a 5-day return window under specific conditions.

To qualify for a return:

  • Item must be postmarked within 5 days of delivery
  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
  • Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs
  • All approved returns incur a 50% restocking fee

Returns outside the 5-day window are not accepted.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery at info@annystern.com.

For approved cases:

  • We will provide detailed return instructions
  • Upon inspection and confirmation, a repair or replacement will be arranged
  • Return shipping will be reimbursed only for confirmed defects or incorrect shipments
  • Item must be postmarked within 7 days of receipt

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to availability due to the limited nature of our collection.

To request an exchange:

  • Email info@annystern.com within 5 days
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping
  • If approved, the 50% restocking fee does not apply
  • Any price difference will be processed before shipment

Purchases from Hotels, Boutiques & Retail Partners

If your ANNY STERN piece was purchased through a boutique, luxury hotel, or authorized retail partner, you may contact us directly at info@annystern.com.

Please include:

  • Store name
  • Date of purchase
  • Photos of the item
  • A description of your concern

We will evaluate your case individually and provide instructions on how to proceed.

When applicable, we will process the appropriate refund, repair, or resolution.

International Returns

International orders are not eligible for free return shipping.

Customers are responsible for all international return costs, including customs duties, taxes, or clearance fees, which must be paid prior to return authorization.

Return Instructions

For all approved returns or exchanges:

  • Pack the item in its original condition, including pouch, box, and protective materials
  • Use a clean, sturdy, unmarked box
  • Include any documentation or packing slip provided in your approval email
  • Items must be securely wrapped and protected during transit

Please allow up to 2 weeks for processing once the return is received.

Refunds (when applicable) may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

Price Adjustments

Prices are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to cancel orders containing erroneous prices due to technical or administrative errors.

Back Orders

Some out-of-stock items may be available for back order and can take up to 12 weeks to ship. You will not be charged until your item is ready to ship.

Care, Use & Repair

To maintain the beauty of your jewelry, avoid water, chemicals, perfumes, and improper handling.

Improper use may void eligibility for repair under our 6-month plating guarantee.

Repairs unrelated to defects (including misuse or accidental damage) are handled case-by-case and may incur a fee based on materials and craftsmanship required.

Plating Warranty

We guarantee our gold plating for 6 months with proper care.

After this period, replating services are available for an additional fee determined by current gold market rates.

  • Full name
  • Photos (if applicable)
  • Reason for request

If approved, we will send return instructions.

Important Notes

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Customer covers all outbound and return shipping costs unless the item is defective
  • Custom, bespoke, and special-order pieces are non-refundable
  • Refunds, when applicable, are issued to the original payment method
